Kevin Moranz – 2021 Monster Energy Supercross Season Recap

Greetings!
Supercross came to an end just over a week ago and it’s sad to see it by so fast. Last year to this year was a massive improvement from just 35 championship points in 2020 to 70 in 2021. Oh, and an extra 11 from the 450 class! Jumping to the 450 was the best decision I could have made while the east coast took a break and I loved it. With 5 days prep before the season, 13 rounds raced, 6 250 main events, three 450 main events, 3 top 10’s, a ton of great starts, and my speed/results clearly getting better every single round… bring on 2022 Supercross because what’s to come is even better.

Takeaways
Takeaways from the 2021 Supercross season include 3 main things. One is that we have proven we are a contender and have the ability to run upfront. Two is that we are absolutely capable of more. Having just 5 days on the bike before Supercross began and limited to almost just racing through the season while still showing constant progress, with a strong off-season we have the potential for even better results. Three is that we proved we are willing to put in the work. Building my patron following and getting the fans involved is not only allowing me to get to the races financially but it is bringing more attention in my direction from fans which allows my marketability to increase along with my natural reach. Proudly partnering with several new companies including Gree, Fitz Roofing, Dirt Bike Depot, Monarch Heavy Haul, and more, the future looks very exciting! I truly want to thank you for being a part of my program in 2021, I look forward to working with you in the future. For now, let’s get healed up and get back on the bike, thank you!
