We continue the path at America’s Motocross Track, RedBud!! IF YOU LOVE REDBUD PUT A “REDBUUUUUUUD” IN THE COMMENTS! Round 5 of the AMA Pro Motocross National took place at the famous Fourth of July tradition track in Buchanan, Michigan. Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle at Hangtown and have been forced to sit out a few rounds to let it heal. Unknowingly, I was also trying to push therapy and get back on a bike while having a stress fracture on the bottom of my tibia in the same ankle from that injury and bone bruising throughout the ankle, which I didn’t find out till after the race wondering why I was in so much pain. Needless to say, the day went downhill very fast once I accidentally dabbed my foot in the motos. However, I still made sure to hit the leap a few times and get some good racing in til we ran into issues! Unfortunately, I will be out for the next few rounds and won’t be able to return until the last four rounds starting at Unadilla.
