Round 11 of 12 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series brought us to Crawfordsville, Indiana for the Ironman National. Last year, I had to pull off the track just before halfway through the second moto and just about collapsed outside of the medic rig due to an asthma attack. Needless to say, I was certainly not looking to repeat that and continue to do what I can to move up through these last races. Clean starts, managing the tough track, and keeping the cool were definitely some separating factors for this weekend! While it wasn’t perfect, and I feel as though there are things I could have worked on and will continue to work on as soon as the Pro Motocross series ends, there are still positives to take away.
