New York privateer racer Chris Moore passed away on January 20, 2024. He was 26 years old. Moore competed under the TPJ racing tent for several seasons while racing the Northeast nationals near his home.

Chris Moore #923 – Today is a very, very sad day in motocross. Today is the day 923 lost his valiant battle with cancer. Walden lost a great individual today. But not only did we at Walden lose….. but every single person that knew Chris lost. Chris was one of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. He was one of the good guys. He was not bitter with the cards he was given, and he played those cards with determination and dignity. The world will not be as good of a place without Chris Moore in it.
May peace find him and his family and friends. He will be truly missed.
