Gizmo Mods – Rock River Yamaha – Detroit – 2025

The Gizmo Mods/Rock River/Yamaha team was exceptional throughout the racing program in Detroit on Saturday, where athletes and crew members of the elite-level unit would thrive through the checkered flag in both divisions of competition.

The number forty-three of Grant Harlan would continually ascend amongst practice sessions, and his trajectory was sustained into heat number one as well. As gate(s) fell, Harlan sped onto the racing surface and charged to the finish-line – earning tenth as action concluded. His determination in the following LCQ couldn’t be denied, however, and Harlan’s ambition ultimately propelled him to victory before entering the main event. Within the finalé, Grant constantly strove forward, which led to a final score of nineteenth being established in the record book.

Pennsylvania’s Bryce Shelly was proficient throughout qualifying rounds on Saturday, and his momentum advanced to an even higher level, as heat number one began. Shelly battled through the pack after passing the green flag, and his incredible amount of effort, eventually resulted in a finish of twelfth being secured at the finish-line. In the LCQ that followed, Bryce was in contention for a main event bid – and though ultimately obtaining a final score of fifth, his outlook for the rest of the championship appears stellar.

Jaxen Driskell’s riding style was one of confidence and expertise as he swept through the Detroit circuit. Throughout every aspect of the course, Jaxen remained in total control of the motorcycle – and his ambition translated to a remarkable finish of thirteenth being clinched for heat number two, as well. The Last Chance Qualifier then took place, and Driskell advanced within the pack with incredible vision. He constantly made passes while seeking the highest result possible, which led to a standing of eighteenth being finalized on the results sheet.

With the sixth round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series now completed, the Gizmo Mods/Rock River/Yamaha team is prepared to travel to Arlington on February 22nd, 2025. The course at AT&T Stadium will certainly be challenging, but the superb capabilities of each member within this Yamaha unit are set generate success as event(s) take place in Texas.
