Ups and Downs in the City of Brotherly Love

Round 13 – Monster Energy Supercross After enduring a chaotic mudder last weekend, the ISRT Kawasaki squad rolled into Philadelphia ready for more of the same, with early forecasts suggesting another wet and wild race. However, Mother Nature had other plans, and the team was greeted by a surprisingly solid track that allowed for great racing — and a slight rebound for the crew.

Freddie Noren #33 showed grit and experience, qualifying P19 overall. In Heat 2, Freddie kept his composure and rode a consistent race to snag the final transfer position directly into the Main Event. When the gate dropped for the big show, Noren dug deep and brought home a point-paying finish, continuing his streak of Main Event appearances.

Logan Leitzel #208 came into Philly hoping to build on his strong showing in the mud the previous week. He clocked a P10 in 450 Group B qualifying and landed P33 overall. Despite a strong start in the LCQ, lingering fatigue from earlier in the season caught up to him, and he settled for P11—just a few spots shy of making the Main. Still, the determination is there, and Logan’s trending in the right direction.

Bubba Pauli #282 was looking to carry the momentum of a recent Main Event appearance, but mechanical issues during Q1 halted his progress. Unfortunately, the team wasn’t able to get the bike turned around in time for Q2, sidelining Bubba for the remainder of the night. A tough pill to swallow, but the team is already working to make sure the #282 is dialed for next weekend.
