ISRT Kawasaki Secures Top-20 Finish in 2026SX Championship Standings

From ISRT Kawasaki

The 2026 Supercross season came to a close at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, as ISRT Kawasaki wrapped up
Round 17 and an unforgettable championship season. After overcoming injuries, travel challenges, and several weeks without
the team transporter earlier in the year, the team arrived motivated to finish the season strong against the world’s best in the
450SX class.

Friday before the race featured one of the most rewarding moments of the weekend as more than 100 local 5th grade students
from the “Motivated Class” visited the team for their annual field trip. The students had followed ISRT Kawasaki throughout the
entire season while learning about the sport, athletes, business operations, logistics, geography, race statistics, and behind-the- scenes aspects of professional Supercross. Throughout the year, the class also participated in video interactions with riders
and crew members, making the Salt Lake City visit a special way to close out the program.

Round 17 also marked a special weekend for ISRT Kawasaki and exclusive event partner Brother’s Jerky, who received exclusive
primary branding rights for the Salt Lake City finale. Members of the Brother’s Jerky family, staff, and friends were on site
enjoying the race and experiencing the energy of Supercross from inside the team environment.

The Salt Lake City track delivered challenging conditions throughout the day, but the ISRT Kawasaki crew continued working to
improve performance and finish the season on a positive note. Following a difficult Denver round the previous weekend, Vince
Friese and the entire organization remained focused on regrouping and building momentum heading into the future.

Friese delivered a strong heat race performance, finishing 7th. In the main event, Friese unfortunately went down early after
contact from another rider sent him to the back of the pack and well behind 21st position. Refusing to quit, Friese put his head
down and charged through the field, passing several riders before the checkered flag flew.

Friese’s determination and consistency throughout the season earned him a top-20 overall finish in the final championship
standings — a first for ISRT Kawasaki in the premier 450SX class.

Now, the team turns its focus toward the upcoming Pro Motocross Championship and the remainder of the SMX season, where
ISRT Kawasaki looks to continue climbing the ladder. Norwegian native Cornelius Tøndel is also set to join the series alongside
Vince Friese as the team continues building for the future.

ISRT Kawasaki would like to thank all of its sponsors, partners, mechanics, supporters, and fans for their support throughout
the 2026 Supercross season.
