- Lux Turner: 15th – 2:18.348
- CJ Benard: 25th – 2:21.319
Lux Turner
Moto 1: Lux entered with a strong gate pick from his 15th-place qualifying effort. He made significant strides with his starts this weekend, getting a great jump and coming through lap 1 in 13th. He remained steady within the top 15 for the first eight laps, showing consistent pace and determination. Lux fought hard to hold his ground and ultimately crossed the line in 17th.
Moto 2: Moto 2 saw Lux off to an even better start, powering through the first corner and up Horsepower Hill in 4th place. He completed the opening lap in 8th, showcasing the potential he’s been working toward. Midway through the race, he faded slightly and fell back to 17th by lap 11, holding that position to the checkered flag. His improvements in both starts and qualifying are evident, and with continued momentum, a top-10 finish is well within reach.
Avery Long
Moto 1: Avery didn’t quite match his teammate’s start and came through the first lap in 23rd. However, the hard-packed conditions suited his riding style, and he immediately began making progress through the field. Midway through the race, he found a rhythm and climbed into 19th. With two laps remaining, he caught a group of riders which included his teammate Lux, finishing in a strong 16th after advancing through seven positions.
Moto 2: Moto 2 started off much stronger for Avery. He and teammate CJ came through the first turn side by side, just behind Lux. Avery rounded the first lap in 13th and was peaking into the rider group right around the top-10. Though he didn’t quite crack the top 10, he held steady throughout the race and advanced to 12th by lap 8 and held strong till the checkers.
CJ Benard
Moto 1: CJ showed improvement off the gate in Moto 1, getting a good jump and slotting into 17th after the opening lap. He wasted no time moving up to 15th on the following lap and held that spot for five strong laps. Despite being overtaken and dropping to 17th on lap 7, CJ battled hard and ultimately crossed the line in 20th. Determined to better his result, he approached Moto 2 with added focus.
Moto 2: CJ again nailed the start and came through the first turn right alongside Avery. He ended lap 1 in 18th and spent the remainder of the moto dicing within the 17th to 20th range. His lap times were consistent, and he showed grit by maintaining his pace all race long, finishing in 18th and closing out a weekend with his best overall finish of the Pro Motocross Season.
