FMF PRIVATEER POWER AWARD: 2022 IRONMAN NATIONAL

It might be safe to say that no rider has embraced the underdog spirit of this award more than Estonia’s Jorgen Talviku this season. The SC Sporthomes Husqvarna rider began 2022 in the EMX250 division of MXGP before making select MX2 starts. He then chased his dream overseas for a brief stint in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. In his third and final start on U.S. soil at the Tucker Freight Lines Ironman National, Talviku enjoyed one of his best outings of the season. A determined effort in the motos resulted in 16-15 finishes that landed him 15th overall. It signified his best performance here in America and equaled his best result from his MX2 starts and made him one of the easiest choices for the FMF Privateer Power Award this season.

Ironman National:
#226 Jorgen Talviku / Estonia / Husqvarna
250 Class: 15th overall (16-15)
